NEW HAVEN >> Pastor Troy McNulty has been to more than 60 homicide scenes over the past few years in the city.
And when he asked an audience this week at the Afro-American Cultural Center at Yale University how many of them have been affected by a homicide, nearly all hands in the small audience went up.
The panel of homicide victims’ family members, clergy and mental health specialists had a frank conversation about some of the issues that lead to both domestic and street violence in New Haven and in many inner-cities across the nation.
